Most in-stock orders are shipped within 10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description, and in your confirmation email. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order Status" button in that email to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information. You can also check your order status by clicking on the red chat widget in the bottom right corner and filling in your order number from the order status section.

A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.

If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to the item before reaching out to support.

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include size changes, address changes or order cancellations.

Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes outside of an address update or cancellation. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address.
